The Warner Textile Archive
in Braintree, Essex, is the second largest collection of flat textiles in England, after the V&A. Amongst its records, in addition to some 60,000 fabrics, are paper designs, drawings, production ledgers, print blocks, photographs and documents, totally nearly 100,000 items.
The Archive is a valuable source of inspiration for booked groups, to research and enjoy the Archive Store along with nearly 100 designs on permanent display in the gallery area, which is open to the public.
