Wednesday 8 February – ‘Being Inspired’ practical design evening using inspirational visit to the Museum of East Anglian Life with Sue Cranwell and Madelaine Nightingale
Saturday 25 February – New Year’s Social – 1pm to 4pm
‘Beautiful Buttons and other fastenings’ Entrance – £4 members and £5 visitors. All welcome.
Wednesday 8 March – ‘Magic Vine’ practical with Sue Cranwell and Madelaine Nightingale.
Wednesday 12 April – ‘Smocks and Samplers’ illustrated talk by Lisa Harris, Collections and Interpretations Manager at MEAL
Saturday 22 April – Mixed Media Workshop – with Jan Lovell, venue to be confirmed. Cost £30
Monday 1 May – Embroiderers’ Guild Caterpillar workshop and exhibition opening day at MEAL Stowmarket
Wednesday 10 May – ‘My Collection of Chinese Textiles’ talk by Judith Symonds
Wednesday 14 June – EG Garden Party – themed food and drink and ‘Mug Mates’ practical
Saturday 15 July – 9.30a.m. – 4.00 p.m. Regional Day hosted by King’s Lynn Branch

Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 September – ‘Seascape or Landscape’ – two day workshop with Jan Beaney and Jean Littlejohn at Henley Community Centre. Cost £80
Wednesday 11 October – ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING and ‘Chain Reactions’ practical stitch exploration.
Wednesday 8 November – ‘Silk Weaving in Suffolk’ Talk by Richard Humphries
Wednesday 13 December – ‘A gadget received or bought’ – bring along discovery session – contributions from all.
